Once you’ve registered for the conference, we suggest you secure your travel arrangements. Air travel to and from Orlando International Airport (MCO); as well as hotel room reservations are the responsibility of the participant. Airport return flights should be booked no earlier than 12:30 pm on Thursday, April 30, 2009.
The Orlando International Airport is closest to Port Canaveral (approximately 1 hour away).
We are providing transfers for all guests from the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport and the Orlando Airport Marriott to Port Canaveral. Guest who are not staying at these two hotels will need to make arrangements to get to the designated hotels to catch the motor coach; or pay their own way for the Disney Magical Express (from the airport to Port Canaveral).
Transfers from Port Canaveral to Orlando International Airport (MCO) will be provided by the conference upon disembarkation from the Disney Wonder on April 30, 2009.
Cab fare from the airport is approximately: $50.00 – $60.00 for a one-way trip.
